Author: Roxanne Trama, NYSPHSAA Intern

Welcome to our final winter “Milk Moves of the Week” sponsored by Refuel With Chocolate Milk from the American Dairy Association North East! Outstanding athletic performance is evidence of practice, superior physical conditioning and good nutrition. Each week, we share a rundown from around the state of the top “Milk Moves” of the week as nominated by our member schools, coaches, media partners, and fans. No matter the sport, we want to share the accomplishments of NYSPHSAA student-athletes!

Boys Basketball: Kidtrell Blocker (Bishop Kearney) had 40 points in a win against University Prep.

Bowling: Ashley Cicciarelli (Union-Endicott) rolled a three-game series of 854, capped off with a perfect game, at the Section IV championships to set a new national high school record.

Boys Swimming & Diving: Jackson Homan (Shenendehowa) finished the 200 Individual Medley with a time of 1:52.52, hitting a state qualifying time.
