Alpine Information:

Sunday-Training courses will be available.
Monday-Inspection at 8:30, SL run #1 begins at 9:30 boys then girls, boys then girls at 1:00
Tuesday-Inspection at 8:30, GS run #1 begins at 9:30 boys then girls, boys then girls at 1:00

Nordic Information:

Sunday-Training courses will be available. TICKETS AVAILABLE AT MAIN LODGE
Monday-Waxing facilities open at 7am
10am Boys individual race 10K skating
11:15am Girls individual 7.5k skating
Tuesday-Waxing facilities open at 7am
10am Boys 3x3k relay Classic

Alpine entries

Alpine entry sheet must be returned to Dennis O’Brien by e-mail (obrien@infoblvd.net) or fax (607.324.3150). Entries are due by Monday, 2/21/12

Nordic entries

Nordic entry sheet must be returned to Bob Underwood by e-mail (runderwood@queensburyschool.org). Entries are due by Monday, 2/21/12

Lift Tickets

Two day event tickets are $96. The State Association pays for $48 of the cost. Schools or sections will be billed from the NYSPHSAA office for the other $48.
Five coaches and 2 section coordinators will receive passes to the race.

Nordic Facility Use Tickets

Two day event tickets are $15. The State Association pays for $7.50 of the cost. Schools or sections will be billed from the NYSPHSAA office for the other $7.50.
Five coaches and 2 section coordinators will receive passes to the race.

Lodging

The N.Y.S.P.H.S.A.A. has a contract with the hotel for this event. Schools or Sections are responsible for Intersectional expenses, and will be billed by the Hotel.

Dinner

A State meet dinner for athletes and coaches will be held on Monday 2/27, at approximately 6:00 pm. All Sections athletes are invited to attend. Due to space restrictions the dinner will be for athletes and coaches only. Each Section is asked to make reservations with me. I will need the number of attending athletes and coaches. Billing for the banquet will be through the NYSPHSAA. Send the reservations and billing information to Dennis O’Brien. Cost of the Dinner will be $20. Tickets will be distributed for the banquet. To attend, an athlete or coach must have a ticket with complete information filled in.

Awards

Awards for each event will given as follows: Monday events will be awarded at the dinner. Tuesday events, overall champions, and sportsmanship will be awarded in the afternoon. This will done at the conclusion of the Alpine Giant Slalom event and the conclusion of the Nordic Relays.

Each section may have persons interested in providing support for the event.
